Pritzker Art Garden and Ribbon Cutting

Img_1438_18 On Wednesday, June 14, 2006, students, faculty, parents and community members held a ribbon cutting to celebrate the opening of the new Pritzker School art garden. Dr. Reese, Pritzker School's principal, joined Ms. Schwartz, the visual art teacher, and Mr. Wendt, the music teacher, in addressing the crowd. Mr. Wendt led fifth graders in a rendition of the Star Spangled Banner, and everyone was invited to tour the garden. (In the photo at left, a student helps Dr. Reese and Ms. Schwartz display a banner for the opening-day ceremony. Click on the photo to see a larger version.
